YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and breathing to boost physical and mental well-
Dozens of scientific trials of varying quality have been published on yoga. Most studies suggest yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance. There's some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain – depression and stress.
Yoga works for everyone, whether you are engaged in a desk job, or a professional sports person, maybe you want to lose weight, or are a housewife, retired or a student.
You will find as your flexibility, strength and balance improves in your physical body, that your flexibility, strength and balance of mind will also change.
I incorporate different style of yoga, hatha, vinyasa flow, yin, sensory awareness, body sensing, yoga nidra, mindfulness and meditation.
Just wanted to tell you that D said today that his back has never felt better or stronger"ever" and I really just wanted to thank you for the classes in general, and also for all the fantastic twists and stretches that you put in every week. I am loving it! and it has been so good for my husband, he likes to think of himself as a non exercise person but is really seeing the benefits, as am I.

I have never done yoga before so was unsure of what to expect but having attended Tracy’s classes I am a convert! Tracy encourages you to very much set your own pace, do what you are comfortable with and gradually build up to the harder moves – and I have been amazed how much I have learnt and how far I have progressed in a short space of time. My flexibility and core strength have definitely improved and I feel fitter both physically and mentally. I have had chronic back pain for the last 40 years. I chose not to have an operation because of the possibility of ending up in a wheelchair. I have tried many gadets and gizmos and seen various therapists. Some helped a little,some made no difference. I have been attending Tracys weekly classes for 10 months and I am actually pain free.
