How do I book my place?
Email me with your requirements of single or shared accommodation. I will put your name down against the room. You then have until February to pay your deposit.
When do I need to pay my deposit by?
Deposits are required by 15th February 2019
When does the early bird price finish?
The early bird price date has changed, it is now 15th February 2019. So as long as you have paid your deposit by that date, you will receive the early bird price.
When do I book my flights?
Once all deposits are received and I know there are enough people for the retreat to run, then I will email and let you know to book your flights.
Will we all get the same flight?
If you want to share transport too and from the airport, then yes it's best for you to book the same flights.
How do I get to the retreat centre?
If you are all on the same flight, then I can arrange for the retreat centre to collect you from the airport and then drop you back off to the airport. They charge a small cost for this.
Do I have to fly at the same time as everyone else?
No, you may want to go to France earlier and spend a few days before the retreat starts or leave later when the retreat has ended. It will mean making your own way too and from the retreat centre.
Do I need to be experienced in yoga?
Not at all, the retreat is designed for all levels, so that everybody can have a wonderful experience and immerse themselves in yoga and have time for themselves.
Do I need to complete all yoga and meditation sessions, while on the retreat?
No, it's your retreat holiday, so it's up to you if you choose not to attend any sessions.
Do I have to share a room with somebody I do not know?
There are quite a few single rooms, so as long as you book early you can secure a single room for yourself. It is cheaper to share, especially if you are coming along with a friend or partner. If there are no singles available by the time you book, then you will be given a room to share.
Do I have to eat with everybody?
All of your meals are catered for in the price and we sit down and eat together. You can go and eat elsewhere but you have to make your own way there and back.
What can I do in between yoga sessions and meal times?
Relax, spend time by the pool, chatting, reading, spend time in your room or walking in the beautiful local area. There is wine tasting and horse riding also available locally.
If everybody is interested I will arrange a wine tasting session for the group.
Are you running anymore retreats?
If this retreat goes well, then yes I will run longer retreats in various locations; Spain, Portugal, Morocco, to name a few; the whole world is our oyster. The longer retreats will have a day off so we have a day to explore the local area.
