Private Sessions and 1 to 1’s

Private sessions, 1 to 1’s, dyads are designed specifically to meet your needs. Whether that is a physical challenge, pain, discomfort, injury or illness, or a mental or emotional challenge that is happening now or from your past.

I use my in-depth knowledge and experience from many modalities: yoga, spinal therapy, pilates, massage therapy, myofascial release therapy, mindfulness, meditation and coaching, to accommodate your needs, and often it will be a combination that is required to help you on your journey.

Private sessions help you if you are  facing health challenges at any level, physical, mental and/or emotional, manage your condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude.

Private sessions adapt the practice of Yoga to your needs if you have specific or persistent health problem not usually addressed in a group class.

Yoga comprises a wide range of mind/body practices, from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation, to mindfulness and coaching techniques. Private sessions tailor these to the health needs of the individual. It helps to promote all-round positive health, as well as assisting particular medical conditions.

Private sessions are based on the understanding of the human being as an integrated body-mind system, which can function optimally only when there is a state of dynamic balance.

The cost of private sessions is £40 for one person, £5 for each extra person, maximum 3 people, plus either hall/room hire or travel to and from your house, 45 pence per mile.

I have had issues with my back for many years before I started practicing yoga. I have been attending the group class and practicing at home for about a year and a half when I started to feel painful sensations in my knee. As I was determined to continue with regular practice I requested a 121 session with Tracy. During this session we looked into my body alignment and Tracy was able to quickly identify which poses might be the most challenging ones for the way my body is built. While we transitioned through poses, Tracy gave me many useful tips on how I can modify them to make sure I not only get the most out of them but protect my knees and my body at the same time. I learnt 14 different things from this session and now, months after the 121 I keep referring to what I learnt and I fully integrated it in my daily practice. I would definitely recommend a 121 session with Tracy for anyone who is looking to increase the awareness of their own body alignment and adapt their practice to how their body is built. Alicja
